Attempted to get Child Nodes on invalid node refnum (Error code: -2633)

If the Mach-1 Motion application fails to load and displays error -2633: "LabVIEW: Attempted to get Child Nodes on invalid node refnum", this may be due to a missing multiaxis load cell calibration file (FTXXXXX.cal).

 Solution 1: Reset Multiaxis Load Cell Configurations
Locate the missing calibration file (FTXXXXX.cal) and copy it back to the Mach1Motion folder location: C:\Users\Public\Documents\Biomomentum\Mach1Motion

 Solution 2: Reset Multiaxis Load Cell Configurations

To resolve this issue, reset the multiaxis load cell settings to factory defaults via the Mach-1 Motion Configuration menu.

Solution 3: Manually Edit the Configuration File
If the Mach-1 Motion Configuration menu is inaccessible due to the error:

  1.  Open the file m1m.mach1 using Notepad. This file is located at:
    C:\Users\Public\Documents\Biomomentum\Mach1Motion
  2. Locate the line starting with:
    malc_calibration=...
  3. Delete the entire line.
  4. Save the file and close Notepad.
  5. Reopen Mach-1 Motion—it should now load properly.
