C Drive Disk full (Error code: 9 and Error code: -1073807202)
If the Mach-1 Motion application is not properly loading, it may be because your C: drive has run out of space. The common errors associated with this are -1073807202 "LabVIEW: (Hex 0xBFFF009E)" and 9 "LabVIEW: Disk full.".
To solve this, follow the steps below:
- If you have been saving large amount of data on the C: drive, please move these to the D: (DATA) drive.
- Find the System Properties window. This can be found by pressing the windows key and typing "restore" to find the item "Create a restore point".
- Select OS (C:) (System)
- Configure...
- Disable system protection
- Slide the Max Usage slider all the way to the left
- Finally, click "Delete" to "Delete all restore points from this drive."
- Next, in the Services window, the NI Device Loader service may need to be Restarted. This service is necessary for running Mach-1 Motion software.
This can be found by pressing the windows key and typing "Services". - Scroll down to "NI Device Loader"
- Right click > Properties
- Note if the Service status is "Stopped"
- If so, click "Start"
