C Drive Disk full (Error code: 9 and Error code: -1073807202)

If the Mach-1 Motion application is not properly loading, it may be because your C: drive has run out of space. The common errors associated with this are -1073807202 "LabVIEW: (Hex 0xBFFF009E)" and 9 "LabVIEW: Disk full.".

To solve this, follow the steps below:
  1. If you have been saving large amount of data on the C: drive, please move these to the D: (DATA) drive.

  2. Find the System Properties window. This can be found by pressing the windows key and typing "restore" to find the item "Create a restore point".
    1. Select OS (C:) (System)
    2. Configure...
    3. Disable system protection
    4. Slide the Max Usage slider all the way to the left
    5. Finally, click "Delete" to "Delete all restore points from this drive."

  3. Next, in the Services window, the NI Device Loader service may need to be Restarted. This service is necessary for running Mach-1 Motion software.
    This can be found by pressing the windows key and typing "Services".
    1. Scroll down to "NI Device Loader"
    2. Right click > Properties
    3. Note if the Service status is "Stopped"
    4. If so, click "Start"
